Breaking News Alerts here to Stay:

AP Mobile is the first news application to send you breaking news using ‘Push’ technology.  This feature keeps you up to date with the major events of the world as they happen.

Until recently you could not view the breaking news inside the application.  Now, in response to user feedback, the breaking news alert will be highlighted in red on the top of your Front Page when you enter the AP Mobile app.
